We are deeply honored to be invited by the HKBCC to present our breed, the Siberian Cat, to the public. This opportunity allows us to promote greater understanding of pedigreed cats and to help preserve and protect our beloved breed. It is widely recognized among professional breeders that cats have existed for millennia, making it impossible to trace any individual cat’s exact pedigree back to its origins. In modern breeding process, desirable traits are selectively emphasized due to different reasons, while others are avoided, with the understanding that selective breeding does not define a single “correct”, “finest”, or “real” appearance. Ethical and respectful breeders also avoid using such claims to discredit others, recognizing that doing so reflects a misunderstanding of the very breed they represent. We sincerely thank our dedicated cat owners for their continued trust and support throughout the years, which make our journey in preserving this wonderful breed possible.
